About US
We are members of the Presbyterian Church (USA) through which we extend our ministry throughout our country and into the world. We are part of the Synod of the Covenant. Our local governing body, Presbytery of the Western Reserve, includes 57 churches in northeast Ohio.
As a Presbyterian Church, we stress the responsibility of all laity, and clergy, to be ministers of Jesus Christ. We are governed by a board of Elders who are elected by the congregation and ordained to their office. The Elders and the minister compose the Session which guides our corporate life and witness. The Session is divided into several committees, which oversee the various aspects of our ministry.
